Thanks to our broad partner portfolio, we have the production area with the size over 350,000 m2 available and more than 1,500 employees. They enable us to continue in the long history and tradition of the Czech supreme engineering production.

Our main activities include services of design engineering, material cutting, welding, CNC machining – turning, milling, grinding, surface treatment and assembly, including 3D testing.
All provided as piece, small-lot or series production according to the drawing documentation supplied by the customer.

We deliver precision engineering parts, complete assemblies, including fitting with hydraulic and electric components with installation as required by the customer. The engineering parts are supplied to the power generation, aviation, mining, telecommunication, automotive, food-processing and agricultural industries and construction…

Design engineering services – pre-drawing of the existing drawing documentation to completely new design engineering and development of assemblies

Material cutting – laser, plasma, flame or water jet cutting, and blasting

Welding – steel materials, stainless steel, aluminium or hardox up to the total weight of 30 tons by MIG, MAG, TIG methods

CNC milling – maximum of 2500x3000x12000 mm in up to 5 axes

CNC turning – up to 5 meters in the maximum length of 10 m even with driven tools

CNC grinding – including shape grinding

Chemical and heat treatment

Surface treatment– including powder and wet paint shop services

Assembly – simple sub-assemblies or complex assemblies including 3D testing of finished products
